Check In & Check Out

  • A credit card is required to make a reservation. We proudly accept Visa, MasterCard, Amex, and Discover. Your card on file will be charged for the first night 72 hours prior to your arrival. The remaining balance will be charged during your stay.


  • There is no cancellation fee for reservations cancelled more than 3 days or 72 hours in advance of your arrival date.  Please note that depending on where you made your reservation, you may need to cancel through that agency  to avoid cancellation fees (e.g.
  • If the reservation is cancelled less than 3 days or 72 hours before your arrival date, you will be charged for the first night of your stay in full.
  • The cancellation fee also applies to changes in your arrival/departure date which result in a shorter stay. No refunds are provided for late arrivals or early departures.

Rooms & Rates

  • A two-night minimum may be required on weekends and holidays.
  • Room rates do not include 10.5% state and local tax.
  • All rooms are non-smoking. Smoking is permitted on balconies and porches.
  • Rates are based on double occupancy.
  • We offer a military discount of 10%; please present an ID to the innkeeper.
