Check In & Check Out
- Check-in: After 3:00pm (Please make arrangements for arrival after 8:00pm)
- Check-out: Before 11:00am
- A credit card is required to make a reservation. We proudly accept Visa, MasterCard, Amex, and Discover. Your card on file will be charged for the first night 72 hours prior to your arrival. The remaining balance will be charged during your stay.
- There is no cancellation fee for reservations cancelled more than 7days prior to your arrival date. Please note that depending on where you made your reservation, you may need to cancel through that agency to avoid cancellation fees (e.g. Booking.com).
- Please note the full amount of your reservation will be charged 7 days prior to your arrival. If you cancel before seven days there will be no charge. And if you cancel under seven day there will be no refund.
- The cancellation fee also applies to changes in your arrival/departure date which result in a shorter stay. No refunds are provided for late arrivals or early departures.
Rooms & Rates
- A two-night minimum may be required on weekends and holidays.
- Room rates do not include 11.5% state and local tax.
- All rooms are non-smoking. Smoking is permitted on balconies and porches.
- Rates are based on double occupancy.
- We offer a military discount of 10%; please present an ID to the innkeeper.
- We offer a 10% discount for returning guests.
- We welcome all travelers ages twelve and over.
- We do not accommodate pets at this time; please contact us for more information.
