Things to Do In St Augustine That Really ROCK

Regardless of the season, you’ll never run out of things to do in St Augustine!

One of the most popular of all our events are live music and Summer concerts! Ask anyone local or visiting during the Summer about their favorite things to do in St Augustine this is likely to come up! They may mention the weekly Concerts in the downtown plaza or the St Augustine Beach series “Music by the Sea”! These events take place every year and are scheduled weekly with local bands and entertainment throughout the Summer and into Labor Day!

That’s not all though!  The St. Augustine Amphitheatre has become one of Florida’s hottest concert venues around! If you haven’t already, be sure to check out their concert lineup for the Summer! Add one of the shows to your things to do in St Augustine soon!

We bring to you two hot concerts this month on the calendar – both popular names for Heavy Metal enthusiasts and those into the Americana genre of music!

Details on upcoming concerts can always be found here on the Agustin site as we are a proud supporter of the St Augustine Amphitheatre!

Slayer with Lamb of God and Behemoth

July 21 @ 6:30 pm – 10:00 pm

Thrash-metal legends Slayer with Lamb of God and Behemoth will be in concert at the St. Augustine Amphitheatre in just a week.  “As metal tours go, this is the one that your fellow metal heads will be bragging about if you miss it!

For more than three decades, Slayer’s onslaught has proven the band to be the supreme thrash-metal band on the planet, the band that other heavy acts are measured against and aspire to. Their membership in “The Big Four” – Metallica, Slayer, Megadeth, and Anthrax – the four bands that defined the thrash/metal genre – secures their place in music history.
