Feel the magic of the holiday season and check out St. Augustine’s Nights of Light. This dazzling display features millions of tiny white lights that create a magical atmosphere in the Nation’s Oldest City and has been listed among the top ten holiday light displays in the world by National Geographic. Nights of Lights begins the Saturday before Thanksgiving day and continues nightly through the end of January.

So you’re probably wondering where exactly you can see this infamous display. Well, Nights of Light spans over about 20 city blocks throughout the historic district. The twinkling lights are draped over hotels, restaurants, inns, sidewalks, rooftops, and historic buildings. Two of the most popular sights are The Plaza de la Constitución and The Bridge of Lions

Set Sail on Schooner Freedom

Do you love being on the water? Then experience Nights of Lights in St. Augustine aboard the Schooner Freedom! They offer a Moonlight Sail where you can enjoy the sounds of wind, waves, and live music as you sail along the historic city’s coast. You’ll be able to see the sights of the city as it’s illuminated with holiday cheer. The Schooner Freedom herself will even be adorned with over 2000 sparkling lights.
