Beach Exploration at the GTM Research Reserve

Join the GTM Research Reserve for this family friendly beach walk at the Guana South Beach location from 9-11 a.m. Participants will learn about the animals that live at the beach as well as other interesting beach facts. Gratitude America 5K Run

This race begins at the Coastal Policy Center and takes participants through the River to Sea Preserve and along the Intracoastal, ocean and throughout the town of Marineland. The 5K Race and Exploration Walk begin at 8:30 a.m. The Half Mile Fun Run for youth ages 10 and under begins at 9:30 a.m. Food and entertainment plus an awards ceremony will be provided after the race. Dolphin Paddle on Salt Run

Join Anastasia Watersports and Marineland Dolphin Adventure staff as they educate guests about the local estuary and share fascinating facts about the dolphins that are born, breed and thrive in our waterway. The program is from 9-11 a.m. and will start with 30 minutes of classroom discussion followed by 90 minutes of paddling . Battle of Bloody Mose

The award-winning, 278th anniversary commemoration of the 1740 Spanish victory at the Battle of Bloody Mose will occur from 9 a.m.-4 p.m. at Fort Mose Historic State Park. Also featured will be battle re-enactments at noon and 2 p.m. between the British and Scottish invaders and the victorious Spanish defenders along with the free black militia and Native American auxiliaries. Vettes at The Village

Hosted by the North Florida Corvette Association, this event is an all-Corvette show at World Golf Village from 10 a.m.-3 p.m. Registration is from 8-10 a.m. There will be more than 100 Corvettes on display at the show. All proceeds benefit Wolfson Children’s Hospital. Spectator admission is free. One World Golf Place, St. Augustine 904-940-4123


Pinkalicious: The Musical

The Apex Theatre Studio will present Pinkalicious: The Musical on Saturdays in June at the studio. Performances are at 11 a.m. each Saturday. Pinkalicious cannot stop eating pink cupcakes despite her parents warning her. After eating too many, she is diagnosed by a doctor with “pinkititis,” an illness that turns her completely pink.  Audience members are encouraged to wear their favorite pink outfit. Tolomato Cemetery Guided Tour

Tour the oldest extant planned cemetery in Florida with burials from the First Spanish Period, 1565-1763. Admission is free, and donations are encouraged. Tours are from 11 a.m.-3 p.m. 14 Cordova St., St. Augustine 904-257-3273


Encore Film from the St. Augustine Film Festival

World Sea Turtle Day Talk

Celebrate World Sea Turtle Day and discover the wonderful sea turtles of Anastasia State Park. You will learn about how we identify the turtle nests, hatching and the great journey they begin after leaving the beach and the dangers they encounter in our oceans. This is a fun filled, energetic program about these miraculous animals that have been on Earth for millions of years. This program will take place at the Sea Turtle Pavilion near the Island Beach Grill at Anastasia State Park from 1-2 p.m. This event is weather permitting and subject to cancellation. Apex Theatre Studio Presents Shake, Rattle and Roll: A 50’s Style Bash

Shake, Rattle and Roll will feature fabulous 50’s dinner fare from St. Augustine favorite, Chef Stephen DiMare of The Hyppo, a silent auction, ballroom dance performances by guest artists and APEX board members and faculty,and dancing for all with DJ Marlon Sulph. I Love The 90’s Tour at the St. Augustine Amphitheatre

The St. Augustine Amphitheatre proudly announces the return of the hugely popular I Love the 90’s Tour featuring hip hop legends Salt N Pepa with Spinderella, Kid ‘n Play, Coolio, Tone Loc, Thea Austin (formerly of SNAPP!) and C&C Music Factory featuring Freedom Williams. 80 Years of Animal Love and Care

Join Marineland Dolphin Adventure every Saturday evening in June to celebrate its 80th anniversary. The event is from 7-9:30 p.m. and features a movie, guided tours, live music, and an opportunity to meet the dolphins. Our Feathered Friends Hike and Marsh Walk

Fort Mose Historic State Park will host an educational Guided Bird Walk program from 8:30-10:30 a.m. Join birding expert Susan Killeen on a hike and birding exploration of our salt marsh and the Secondary Fort Site Island (established 1752). Bring your rubber boots, binoculars, cameras, water and any other pertinent items to make your travel through the estuary more enjoyable. This event is weather permitting and subject to cancellation.
