Boating Excursions

Dolphin & Nature Eco Tour

This is St. Augustine Eco Tours’ most popular excursion. When compared to traditional eco tours, guests have more room to customize their trip. The boats can accommodate anywhere from two to 14 people, and each is lead by interpretive naturalists, and their captains are all licensed by the United States Coast guard. Rather than sticking to Matanzas Bay, like most cruises, this explores the rivers in the area. You’ll watch for the birds in the sky as well as the dolphins in the waters. The tour lasts about an hour and a half, and admission is $40 for adults. You can book a private trip for up to six passengers for $225.

Photography Tour

This unique trip is ideal for guests looking to snap that perfect photo. You’ll be able to capture stunning moments with ease as your knowledgeable guide takes you to the best spots in the region. The boats in St. Augustine Eco Tours’ fleet are able to access shallow waters more easily than larger vessels, meaning that you’ll be able to get closer to the shoreline. Best of all, when you book, you’ll be able to spend as much time at a site as you’d like. There’s no rush, and the guides are happy to give you as much space as you need. We advise that, when you schedule your trip, you let the guide know what you’re interested in shooting. From that, your guide will be able to better plan your excursion! A one-and-a-half-hour tour is $225 for up to six guests, and a two-hour private photography tour is $275.

Beachcombing Tour

If you’re looking for a trip that’s wholly focused on ecology, book the Beachcombing Tour. During the session, you’ll explore the shoreline and learn about the many creatures (big and small) that call this area home. Whether you’re an amateur naturalist or you have a budding biologist in the family, this is an excellent option. This two-hour tour is $275 for up to six guests.

Kayaking Tours

Some of our guests like to explore historic downtown St. Augustine on foot. Others take a ride on the Old Town Trolley Tours’ train. If you’re looking for a different experience, however, this kayak tour is perfect for you. There is no paddling experience required, as your day starts with a brief lesson on the basics. Then, you’ll head under the Bridge of Lions, to the nearby marshes. This two-hour tour is $45 for adults.

Sailing Tour

Set sail for an afternoon with this two-hour trip! Enjoy relaxing on a 27-foot catamaran, which features plenty of comfortable seating and a trampoline up front. You’ll get to spot dolphins cruising in the water and birds flying in the skies. Passage is just $50 for adults and $275 for a private tour of up to six guests.

Watery Weddings & Proposals

Are you hoping to pop the question or tie the knot during your trip to St. Augustine? Book the Watery Weddings & Proposals sail! You can enjoy a small ceremony with a few of your closest friends or family, or you can propose to that special someone in the most beautiful place on this planet!

Enjoy a St. Augustine Dolphin Cruise With Florida Water Tours of St. Augustine

Florida Water Tours combines a traditional historical cruise with a dolphin sightseeing excursion. During your day out, you’ll get to see dolphins swimming, hunting, and playing in the waters as well as learn about St. Augustine’s long and interesting past. Tickets for this cruise are just $39 for adults.

Spend the Day With Red Boat Water Tours

If you’re looking for a family-friendly excursion, book with Red Boat Water Tours! The local pod of dolphins are familiar with their boats, so they’re often able to get up close to these graceful animals. While it’s not guaranteed that each trip will end in a dolphin sighting, you’ll still have a great time chatting with the captain and seeing the city. The tour is an hour and a half long and is just $24 for adults.
